How to lose 10 kg in 30 days?

 

Two years back my weight was 80 KG, And there was my marriage after that I kept on gaining weight, When it was 110, I started to look for options for loosing weight. In between I tried multiple things. Like Juice diet, Brisk walking in the morning, It all helped me to loose but I was never consistent with these. Now in June I started to listen to Affirmations for stopping procrastination and it helped me to gain momentum in lot of things. Main thing was to apply some strategy and be consistent in that. So I started a plan, Plan was to loose 5 kg every month so that by the end of year, I’ll loose 30 KG. During this time I started to read the book by Timothy Ferris (4 Hour Body), And that really gave me a good plan to get started up with loosing weight. Here’s what I’ve done.

Eat only from these categories

A
1. Chicken
2. Beef
3. Eggs

B
1. Legumes(Dal, black gram, peas)

C
1. Vegetables
2. Soup

1. Eat within half to one hour after waking up in the morning.
2. Eat only from above categories
3. Drink lot of water
4. Drink Green tea if possible

Avoid from these categories
1. Milk, Milk products
2. Flour
3. Sugar

Any white item please avoid, like in India we have chapattis, Rice, idly, dosa etc. avoid these.

Whenever you feel hungry eat from above categories. After few days you will feel less and less hungry and everything will automatically adjust.

Within days you will see the result. Here’s my live progress for you to check.

In addition I had started to go to Gym and do Cardio for half hour and simple workout for 5 to 10 minutes. I try to burn minimum 300 calories each day from Gym Workout. During last days in the month I tried to  burn 400 to 500 Calories everyday from treadmill.

1 Day a week you can use as cheat day and you can eat whatever you want, next day back to normal.

So I lost from 110.5 to 98.5 kg which is more than 10 kg in 1 month Open-mouthed smile. My next month goal is to reach around 90 kg. Some of the days below doesn’t have details because I was in hurry and missed to journal it.
